“A” Contract
Service and maintenance only on a basic contract paid yearly in advance.
- All call outs subject to extra cost
- All repairs subject to extra cost
- All supplementary tests subject to extra cost
“B” Contract
Service and maintenance on a basic contract paid yearly in advance
- All call outs attended during normal working hours (8am – 5pm Mon – Fri) included within the premium
- All call outs attended outside of normal working hours subject to extra cost
- All repairs subject to extra cost
- All supplementary tests subject to extra cost
“C” Contract
Service and maintenance on a basic contract paid yearly in advance
- All call outs attended during normal working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri) included within the premium. (Option to include for all call outs at any time)
- All repairs up to a limit of £500 for each and every event included within the premium Supplementary test equivalent to the LG1 yearly test included
- All other tests requested by the competent person are subject to extra cost
