“A” Contract

Service and maintenance only on a basic contract paid yearly in advance.

• All call outs subject to extra cost
• All repairs subject to extra cost
• All supplementary tests subject to extra cost
  

“B” Contract

Service and maintenance on a basic contract paid yearly in advance

• All call outs attended during normal working hours (8am – 5pm Mon – Fri) included within the premium

• All call outs attended outside of normal working hours subject to extra cost
• All repairs subject to extra cost
• All supplementary tests subject to extra cost

“C” Contract

Service and maintenance on a basic contract paid yearly in advance

• All call outs attended during normal working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri) included within the premium. (Option to include for all call outs at any time)

• All repairs up to a limit of £500 for each and every event included within the premium Supplementary test equivalent to the LG1 yearly test included

• All other tests requested by the competent person are subject to extra cost
