We offer a prompt and reliable call out service 365 days a year 24 hours a day. Our engineers are always available even outside of normal office hours to attend your lift and if possible return it to service.

We always aim for a first time fix to cut down on any further costs that could be incurred from additional  call outs.

If our engineers do not have the part required to get your lift back up and running we have an extensive list of industry contacts who are able to supply most parts. However if a part is obsolete or discontinued we have an extensive back catalogue of older parts which can be used, Furthermore to this our engineers are able to fabricate many parts from scratch.

Before any work is carried out which is not covered by a service visit, our office will contact you to advise of what is required, and supply you with a detailed quote of the work required to repair the lift and the cost.

Our extensive workshop facilities are spread out, over the south west of England and Wales, enabling us to manufacture any parts required on a ad-hock basis.

Whilst construction/service work is in progress, we will take all reasonable precautions that are consistent with our clients’ instructions against environmental damage, disruption or nuisance on or adjoining site.

We will at all times endeavor to keep our site clean and tidy, also any adjoining areas which may be affected by traffic to and from the site and to avoid pollution of the air, ground or water by noise, fumes, dust or the disposal of construction/service materials.
