Service & Maintenance

Abbey Lifts offers three forms of service and maintenance contracts as well as being able to accommodate client requirements in larger projects. Our engineers are comprehensively trained to NVQ standards and customer care is paramount. Our portfolio includes lifts from all major suppliers with engineers experienced in all types of equipment.

Covering the whole of the South West with offices and workshops in Bristol, Cardiff and Plymouth we have comprehensive backup for both the service and maintenance and repairs crews. Our 24/7 emergency breakdown facility is available to our entire contract clients with engineers located to cover the South West effectively. “A” Type Contract

Service and maintenance only on a basic contract paid yearly in advance.

All call outs subject to extra cost
All repairs subject to extra cost
All supplementary tests subject to extra cost

“B” Type Contract

Service and maintenance on a basic contract paid yearly in advance

All call outs attended during normal working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri) included within the premium

All call outs attended outside of normal working hours subject to extra cost
All repairs subject to extra cost
All supplementary tests subject to extra cost

“C” Type Contract

Service and maintenance on a basic contract paid yearly in advance

All call outs attended during normal working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri) included within the premium. (Option to include for all call outs at any time)

All repairs up to a limit of £500 for each and every event included within the premium Supplementary test equivalent to the LG1 yearly test included.

All other tests requested by the competent person are subject to extra cost.
